White-label

PDF reports under your own brand: logo, name, colors.

White-label makes the PDF report yours. Your logo, your agency's name, your accent color, and optionally no SEOAI branding at all.

Where to configure it

The white-label card lives on the Team page in the settings, available on the Agency plan. The form has four controls:

  1. Logo: PNG or JPEG, up to 200 KB
  2. Display name: your agency's name as it should appear
  3. Accent color: used for charts and highlights
  4. Hide Powered by SEOAI: removes the SEOAI attribution from the report

A live preview of the report header updates as you type, so what you see is what the client gets. Later, the same branding also applies to Pulse report emails.

How it reaches the client

Every PDF export uses the configured branding: the report you download and attach to your own emails, or the automated Pulse emails that carry it to the recipient list. The client sees your brand end to end.

Common errors

  1. Logo rejected: only PNG and JPEG are accepted, and the file must be 200 KB or smaller
  2. Permission error: only owners and admins can change white-label settings
