Executions and quota

What an execution is, what counts against your quota, and what happens at the limit.

An execution is one prompt sent to one AI platform in one run. Twenty active prompts tracked weekly on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini produce sixty executions per weekly run.

What counts against your quota

  1. Platform executions: runs performed with the platform-managed keys included in paid plans. These count against your monthly quota.
  2. Your own keys: executions performed with your own API keys never count against your quota, no matter the plan.

The quota is a calendar-month allowance that resets on the first of the month. Unused executions do not roll over, and SEOAI never runs paid overage: when the quota is reached, platform tracking pauses until the reset or until you add your own keys.

Gemini counts double

Every execution on Gemini counts as two quota units, because Gemini runs with live Google grounding. The interface marks Gemini as a heavier source wherever you select platforms for a topic.

How many executions you get

  1. Free: no platform executions, tracking works entirely with your own keys
  2. Starter: 500 per month
  3. Pro: 1,500 per month
  4. Agency: 4,000 per month

The billing page shows a usage meter for the current month so you can see consumption before it becomes a problem, and you can enable email warnings at 80 and 100 percent in the notification settings.

Limits that shape your setup

  1. Brands: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 15 on Agency
  2. Topics per brand: 2 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 15 on Agency
  3. Prompts per topic: 10 on Free, 20 on Starter, 30 on Pro, 50 on Agency
