Managing competitors

The platform matrix, top cited URLs, and correcting the competitor set with feedback.

Beyond the headline numbers, two views dig into where competitor visibility actually comes from, and a feedback mechanism keeps the competitor set clean.

Competitor by platform matrix

The matrix rows competitors against the AI platforms. It shows who gets cited where, which turns vague rivalry into specific targets: a competitor may dominate Gemini answers while being absent from Perplexity, and that tells you where to push.

Top URLs by Share of Voice

This list ranks the exact pages that AI answers cite, across your competitors and yours. It is the shortest path from "they win" to "this is the page that wins": open it, and you have the concrete object to outdo or to audit against.

Correcting the set

Discovery is automatic, so occasionally an irrelevant domain shows up, for example a marketplace or a same-name company. You can hide domains with one click. Hidden domains drop out of tables and charts, and a note tells you how many are hidden. The Gaps area manages the hidden list, including the name-confusion workflow that distinguishes a similar-name company from a real competitor.

Exports

The competitors CSV and the daily SOV CSV cover the matrix and the table for use in your own reporting stack.
