Billing FAQ

Short answers to the billing questions we hear most.

When does the execution quota reset?

On the first of every calendar month. Unused executions do not roll over.

What happens when the quota is exhausted?

Platform tracking pauses. There is no paid overage and no surprise invoice. Tracking with your own API keys continues, because own-key executions never count against the quota. Queue entries show the reason until the reset.

Do my own API keys save quota?

Yes, completely. Executions on your own keys are free of quota on every plan. Your own key always takes priority over the platform key, so once configured, those runs never consume the allowance.

Why does Gemini cost double?

Every Gemini execution runs with live Google grounding, which makes it heavier to serve. It counts as two quota units; all other platforms count one. The interface marks the weight wherever you select platforms.

How do I cancel?

Cancelling lives in the Stripe customer portal behind Manage payment and invoices on the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; the billing page shows the end date.

What happens to my data when I downgrade or cancel?

Downgrades that remove features, such as team seats, are blocked until the blocking usage is removed. On cancellation, your workspace and its data remain available until the end of the billing period.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes, plans can be billed monthly or yearly; the switch is available at checkout and in the portal.
