Billing and subscription

The Billing page shows the current plan, the renewal or end date, and the usage meters for the running month.

Usage this month

1. Platform executions: consumption against your monthly quota, with a note that Gemini counts double
2. Executions on your own API keys: shown separately, never counted against the quota
3. Brands: usage against the plan limit

Switching plans

Press Switch plan to move between Starter, Pro and Agency. Plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Upgrades take effect through checkout immediately; a switch opens the Stripe checkout, and payment details, invoices and cancellation live in the Stripe customer portal behind Manage payment and invoices.

Downgrading is blocked while the workspace uses features the lower plan does not include, for example team members on a plan without team seats; the interface tells you what to remove first.

Permissions

Only owners and admins can change the plan. Everyone with workspace access sees usage, but the switch controls stay read-only for members.
