Topics

Group prompts into themes with their own schedule and AI platforms.

A topic is a group of prompts around one theme, for example "best crm for small agencies" or "emergency plumber Munich". Topics own the schedule, the AI platforms and the answer language, so structure topics the way you want to read results: one market segment or question complex per topic.

Creating a topic

Open a brand and add a topic. A topic has:

  1. Name and description, for your own orientation
  2. Answer language: the language the AI should answer in
  3. Frequency: how often the topic runs
  4. AI sources: which platforms receive the prompts

Frequency options

  1. Manual only: runs happen only when you press Track Now
  2. Once: a single scheduled run
  3. Weekly and Monthly: available on every plan
  4. Daily: available on Pro and Agency

The schedule card on the topic page shows the next and last run. The scheduler checks schedules continuously and enqueues due runs on its own.

AI sources

Select the platforms per topic: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, provided credentials exist for them. Gemini is marked with its weight because every Gemini execution counts twice toward your quota.

Google AI Overviews have a special rhythm: prompts where Google shows no AI Overview are re-checked weekly instead of daily, and return to the normal schedule as soon as an AI Overview appears.

Track Now

The Track Now button queues an immediate run of the topic. Three things can hold it back, and the interface tells you which:

  1. A run for this topic is still in progress
  2. The manual cooldown has not elapsed yet: 24 hours on Free, 15 minutes on Starter, 5 minutes on Pro and Agency
  3. Too many runs in flight across your workspace
Track Now needs at least one active prompt and one selected source. Quota is consumed by platform executions; runs on your own API keys never count.
