Pulse report emails

Pulse sends your clients their report by email, on a schedule, in your branding. It turns reporting from a monthly chore into a background process.

Setting it up per brand

Open the brand and press the Pulse button. The dialog configures everything:

1. Send reports automatically: the on and off switch
2. Frequency: weekly on Mondays, or monthly on the 1st
3. Report language: German or English, independent of your own settings
4. Recipients: the client's email list, up to the recipient cap

The consent checkbox is not decoration: confirm that the recipients agreed to receive these reports. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and opted-out recipients are marked in the list so you always see who still receives reports.

The test send

Before the first scheduled send, press Send test to me. You get the exact email your client would receive: the white-labeled report, the sender, the wording. Send a test whenever you change branding or frequency.

Deliverability

Ask your clients to add the sender to their address book so the first report does not land in spam. Recipients need no SEOAI account; the report is in the email.

Pulse is part of the Agency plan and configured per brand, so each client gets their own schedule and language.
