Notification preferences

Notification preferences control the operational emails SEOAI sends. Each can be switched off independently.

The three email types

1. Scan failure alerts: sent when scans fail for a reason you can fix, such as a rejected API key or an out-of-credit provider account. Keep this on; silent scan failures are how tracking gaps go unnoticed.
2. Usage warnings: sent at 80 and 100 percent of the monthly scan quota, so the quota never runs out as a surprise.
3. Weekly Share of Voice digest: every Monday, how your brands moved week over week. Available on Pro and Agency plans.

Email language

Emails can be sent in German or English, independent of the interface language, which matters for teams with mixed language preferences.

Every marketing-free operational email carries an unsubscribe link; the preferences page re-enables what was unsubscribed.
