The cost report

What tracking actually costs: provider costs, analysis costs and platform inclusions.

The Cost Report shows what your tracking spends, separated by where the money goes. It is relevant when you track with your own API keys; platform executions are included in your plan and marked as such.

The headline numbers

  1. Total spend in the selected period
  2. Token totals, in and out
  3. Provider cost: the cost of running prompts on the AI platforms
  4. Analysis cost: the cost of the mention and sentiment detection, tracked separately

The charts

  1. Daily spend by source: when spending happens and which platform drives it
  2. The per-source table: calls, tokens in and out, average cost per call and total spend per platform

How the numbers are calculated

Provider-reported cost is used where the platform reports it. Everywhere else, cost is derived from a token-based pricing table per model and marked with an approximation symbol as an estimate. The exact charge always appears on your provider's invoice. All amounts are in US dollars, the billing currency of the providers.

BYO versus platform

The report splits spending into costs from your own API keys and platform executions. If you are on a paid plan without own keys, the platform line simply says how many executions were included in your plan, and the cost story is your subscription, not per-call spend.
