Gaps overview

The Gaps and Opportunities area: where you are missing and what to do about it.

Tracking tells you that you are invisible somewhere. The Gaps area tells you why, and what to do about it. It is organized into four sections, available on Pro and Agency plans:

  1. Overview: the situation at a glance
  2. Gap diagnosis: per-prompt reasons for absence, with the citability audit
  3. Citations and sources: who gets cited, via which pages, and how durable the citations are
  4. Fan-out: the sub-queries you are missing

The four tiles

The overview opens with four numbers: open gaps in the selected period, audits used this month, uncovered fan-out queries, and the average lifespan of your own citations.

Recommendations

Below the tiles, generated recommendations prioritize your next moves based on the last 30 days across all topics. They regenerate when data changes.

The quick-win lists

The overview also collects three lists that are actionable today:

  1. Zero-visibility prompts: prompts that ran at least twice without a single appearance of your brand
  2. Blind sources: platforms where you are invisible while competitors show up
  3. Needs-work topics: your weakest topics together with the domains beating you in them

Together with the citation hit-list, these lists are your editorial backlog: each entry is a prompt, platform or topic with a concrete owner of the visibility you are missing.
