Team management

The Team page manages who works in the workspace. Seats depend on the plan: Agency includes 3 seats, lower plans include 1, which means solo workspaces.

Roles

1. Owner: full control, including plan changes and deletion
2. Admin: everything except plan ownership: API keys, team, white-label, tracking
3. Member: read-only reporting; settings pages show what is owners-and-admins-only

Inviting members

Press Invite member, enter the email address and pick a role. The invitee receives an email with an acceptance link that is valid for 48 hours. Pending invitations show a Pending badge and occupy a seat until accepted or revoked.

Managing members

1. Revoke: withdraw a pending invitation
2. Remove: take an existing member off the workspace

Removing members frees their seat immediately.

Downgrade behavior

If the workspace moves to a plan without team seats, the team area switches to a blocked state that asks the owner to upgrade, and further downgrades are blocked while members remain. Remove members first when you intend to step down.

White-label lives here too

On the Agency plan the Team page hosts the white-label card for PDF reports: logo, display name, accent color and the option to hide SEOAI branding, with a live report header preview.
