Exporting reports

Everything SEOAI shows can leave the app, either as raw data or as a formatted report.

CSV exports

Every table offers a CSV download: reports tables, rankings, competitor and share-of-voice data, fan-out prompts, the keywords AI surfaced on the Reports page, and the daily share-of-voice series. CSVs open cleanly in Excel, Sheets or any BI tool, which makes them the right format when you build your own dashboards or need the numbers inside an existing client report.

The prompts CSV has one row per prompt with the average citation position (the order of your pages among the cited sources) and the average mention rank (your place among the brands the answers name). In October 2026 the citation position column got its new name, avg citation position, so update spreadsheet formulas that look it up by name.

PDF reports

The full report exports as a PDF with the charts and metrics of the current view, filtered by the same period and topic. PDF export requires the Pro plan or higher.

The PDF contains:

• the overview tiles: visibility, citations, mentions and sentiment, plus local visibility (Google local pack and Gemini Maps) for city topics
• citation share and mention share by topic and platform
• the top domains per topic
• share of voice: your domain and the top competitors by citation share for the period, with your row highlighted
• visibility, average citation position and mentions over time
• the sentiment distribution
• mention rank: the average rank and the Top-3 rate with their change, a daily chart, and the newest and average rank per prompt and platform for up to 15 prompts, your best rank first. Like the Reports default it counts best-of, comparison and unclassified prompts.

Competitor detail, gaps, fan-out queries and the full prompts table are not part of the PDF; they leave the app as CSV exports.

On the Agency plan the PDF becomes a client deliverable: your own logo, your own display name, your accent color, and optionally without any SEOAI branding. The white-label settings show a live preview of the report header while you configure it.

Automating delivery

For recurring client communication, Pulse sends scheduled report emails automatically, weekly or monthly, to a recipient list you control. Recipients do not need an SEOAI account and can unsubscribe with one click.
