Exporting reports

Everything SEOAI shows can leave the app, either as raw data or as a formatted report.

CSV exports

Every table offers a CSV download: reports tables, rankings, competitor and share-of-voice data, fan-out prompts and keywords, and the daily share-of-voice series. CSVs open cleanly in Excel, Sheets or any BI tool, which makes them the right format when you build your own dashboards or need the numbers inside an existing client report.

PDF reports

The full report exports as a PDF with the charts and metrics of the current view. PDF export requires the Pro plan or higher.

On the Agency plan the PDF becomes a client deliverable: your own logo, your own display name, your accent color, and optionally without any SEOAI branding. The white-label settings show a live preview of the report header while you configure it.

Automating delivery

For recurring client communication, Pulse sends scheduled report emails automatically, weekly or monthly, to a recipient list you control. Recipients do not need an SEOAI account and can unsubscribe with one click.
