Reports overview

Reports turn raw tracking data into answers for three questions: how visible are we, where exactly, and how does the tone look. The page combines overview metrics with drill-downs you can export.

Filters

Range and topic filters at the top apply to every widget on the page. Narrow to a single topic when you want to explain one market segment; widen to all topics for the management view.

The four metric cards

The same core metrics as the dashboard, computed for your filtered selection: Visibility Score, Citation Share, Mention Share and Sentiment, each with the delta versus the previous period.

The widgets, top to bottom

1. The topic by source heatmap of citation or mention share
2. Visibility Rankings across brands
3. Visibility by Platform over time
4. Average Position over time, where lower is better
5. Sentiment distribution with drill-down to individual mentions
6. The Prompts rollup at the bottom

Exports are available as CSV for the tables and as PDF for the full report on paid plans.
