Reports overview

Reports turn raw tracking data into answers for three questions: how visible are we, where exactly, and how does the tone look. The page combines overview metrics with drill-downs you can export.

Filters

Range and topic filters at the top apply to every widget on the page. Narrow to a single topic when you want to explain one market segment; widen to all topics for the management view.

The four metric cards

The same core metrics as the dashboard, computed for your filtered selection: Visibility Score, Citation Share, Mention Share and Sentiment, each with the delta versus the previous period.

The widgets, top to bottom

1. Mention rank: where your brand sits among the brands the answers name, the Top-3 rate and a daily chart per platform
2. The topic by source heatmap of citation or mention share
3. Visibility Rankings across brands
4. Visibility by Platform over time
5. Avg citation position over time, where lower is better
6. Sentiment distribution with drill-down to individual mentions
7. The Prompts rollup
8. Keywords AI surfaced at the bottom

Each widget loads on its own, so the page fills in from the top while the slower widgets further down are still being computed.

Keywords AI surfaced

The last section lists two-to-three-word phrases mined from the answer text in the selected period, excluding your own prompts, your brand and your tracked competitors. These are the terms AI assistants reach for when talking about your market, and they make good candidates for new prompts or content.

Each phrase shows how often it appeared, in how many executions and on which platforms. Open a phrase to see example snippets from the answers, with the phrase highlighted. The section follows the period and topic filters like every other widget, is available on every plan, and the Keywords CSV in the header exports the same list.

Exports

Exports are available as CSV for the tables and as PDF for the full report on paid plans. Keywords AI surfaced are not part of the PDF; use the Keywords CSV for them.
