Teams and seats

The Agency plan includes 3 seats, so the people who actually serve the client work from one workspace instead of sharing a login.

Who can do what

1. Owner: everything, including plan and billing
2. Admin: brands, topics, prompts, API keys, team, white-label, Pulse
3. Member: read-only access to dashboards, reports and exports

Members are perfect for stakeholders who should look but not touch: an account director reviewing reports, or a client-service colleague checking an alert.

Keeping client data separate

Every list, report and filter in SEOAI works per brand. Give each client a brand, and team members switch between clients through the brand and topic filters rather than through separate logins. API keys, white-label and Pulse are workspace-level and serve all brands.

Managing seats

Seats are managed on the Team page: invite by email with a role, revoke pending invitations, remove members. Pending invitations occupy a seat, so revoke stale invites before inviting someone new. When all 3 seats are in use, additional seats require contacting support.
