The demo workspace
A shared, read-only workspace with a month of real-looking tracking data, open to every account.
Before you add your own brand, you can look at a finished one. The demo workspace is a shared workspace that every signed-in account can open. It holds two brands, Nike (English) and Zalando (German), with 30 days of tracked prompts across every AI source, alerts, audits, recommendations, a connected Search Console property and a Pulse report, all on the Agency plan. Nothing in it is yours to change, and it is re-seeded every night.
Opening it
Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar and pick "Demo workspace". While it is active, a chip in the header says so and offers "Back to your workspace". Some locked features in your own workspace also show "See it in the demo", which takes you straight to that page inside the demo.
If you have not created a workspace yet, the onboarding page offers "Look at the demo first". Leaving the demo brings you back to onboarding.
What you can do there
Everything that reads: switch brands, open topics, prompts and execution results, browse Gaps with its audits and recommendations, the Query Fan-out explorer, Competitors, Alerts, Reports and Pulse, the cost report and the queue. CSV exports and the PDF report work too.
What you cannot do there
Anything that writes: add or edit brands, topics and prompts, run Track now, request an audit, change alert rules, save Pulse or white-label settings, connect integrations, invite members or change billing. Those controls are hidden in the demo. Alerts stay unread for the next visitor.
Why it looks the way it does
The demo is Agency-plan, so every feature renders. Your own workspace follows your own plan: features you saw in the demo that your plan does not include show as locked in your workspace, with the plan that unlocks them. The header chip in the demo tells you which plan you are on.
