# Onboarding video: your first results in three minutes

The video shows the whole first run on the real product in about two and a half minutes, with narration and captions: where to click after signup and what to fill in at each step of the Getting Started checklist on your dashboard. The same video is embedded on the dashboard until the checklist is complete.

Setup walkthrough in English with narration, about two and a half minutes.

## What the video covers

1. **Workspace** Right after signup you name your workspace. Brands, topics and team members live inside it.
2. **API key (Free plan)** API Settings in the sidebar. Add a key for each AI you want to track, plus an OpenRouter key for the mention and sentiment analysis. Save & validate checks each key; keys are stored encrypted.
3. **Brand** Brands in the sidebar, then Add brand: name, domain, a short description and the other spellings customers use under Also known as.
4. **Topic** Open the brand and add a topic: prompt language, market and the AI platforms to track.
5. **Prompts** Open the topic and paste the questions your customers ask an AI, one per line.
6. **Track Now and first results** Press Track Now, watch the Queue page, and read the dashboard and the Reports page once results are in.
