# Integrations

> Connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, map a property per brand, sync and disconnect, and upload Bing's AI Performance (Copilot) exports.

The Integrations page under Settings connects SEOAI to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Once a brand has a property or site mapped, SEOAI pulls the queries your site gets search impressions for and compares them with your AI visibility on the Search tab in the Gaps area. The prompt generator uses the same data to suggest prompts grounded in real demand.

## Who can connect

Integrations are available on Pro and Agency plans. Owners and admins connect accounts, map properties and disconnect them. Members see which integrations are set up but cannot change them.

## Google Search Console

### Connecting accounts

Press Connect Google account and confirm the access on Google's consent screen. SEOAI asks for read-only access to your Search Console data and the email address of the account, nothing else: no access to Analytics, Gmail or Drive.

Properties can live under different Google accounts, for example one per client. Use Add another Google account to connect each account once. Every brand can then pick a property from any of them.

### Mapping a property

In the property table, pick the Search Console property for each brand and press Save. The list shows every property your connected accounts can access, grouped by account. A note appears when the property's domain differs from the brand's domain. The first sync starts within a few minutes.

### When Google needs a reconnect

When Google no longer accepts our access, for example after you removed it in your Google account, the account shows Needs reconnect. Connect the same account again to resume syncing; its property mappings are kept.

### Disconnecting

Disconnect removes the account from the workspace. Its mapped properties and synced query data are deleted, and SEOAI revokes the access at Google. Other connected accounts are not affected.

## Bing Webmaster Tools

### Connecting accounts

Press Connect Bing account and confirm the access on Bing's consent screen. SEOAI asks for read-only access to your Bing Webmaster Tools data. As with Google, you can connect several Bing accounts with Add another Bing account. Each account is listed with the verified sites it holds.

### Mapping a site

In the Bing site table, pick the site for each brand and press Save. Only sites you have verified in Bing Webmaster Tools can be mapped; unverified sites are listed but cannot be picked.

No site in Bing yet? Add it in Bing Webmaster Tools. You can import your sites from Google Search Console there.

### What Bing provides

Bing reports weekly values for the past months; how far back they go depends on the site, from a few months to well over a year. SEOAI adds them up per query, so each query's impressions and clicks cover that whole range. Bing does not report countries.

### When Bing needs a reconnect

When Bing no longer accepts our access, the account shows Needs reconnect. Connect the same Bing account again to resume syncing; its site mappings are kept.

### Disconnecting

Disconnect removes the account from the workspace. SEOAI deletes its access tokens, the mapped sites and the synced query data.

> **Note:** Bing offers no way for us to revoke the access. To remove it completely, also remove SEOAI in Bing Webmaster Tools under Settings (the cog icon), API Access.

## Copilot (Bing AI Performance)

Bing Webmaster Tools has an AI Performance report: how often Microsoft Copilot and Bing's AI answers cite your site, which pages they cite and which searches Copilot ran before citing you (grounding queries). Bing offers no API for this report yet, so you upload its exports here, one brand at a time. No Bing connection is needed for the upload.

### Exporting from Bing

In Bing Webmaster Tools, open AI Performance for the site and pick a date range (7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 6 months). Export each table as CSV:

- Grounding queries: the searches Copilot ran, with citations, citation share, intent and topic.
- Cited pages: your pages Copilot cited, with citations.
- Overview over time: citations per day. This file sets the date range of the upload.

Bing only offers an export when the table has data. Many sites have cited pages but no grounding queries, because Bing shows only a sample of them; upload what you have. Exports in English and German work alike.

### Uploading

Pick the brand, then choose all exported files at once. Their file names contain AISearchQueriesReport (grounding queries), AIPageStatsReport (cited pages) and AIPerformanceOverviewStats (overview), but you don't need to sort them: SEOAI recognises each file by its columns and lists what it found, for example "Overview, Apr 5, 2026 to Oct 3, 2026". A file that is not an AI Performance export, such as a Search Performance export, is listed as not used. Then press Upload.

Add the overview file whenever you can: it is the only export that contains dates, and the date range is read from it. Without it, enter the date range you exported under From and To; these fields only appear while no overview file is chosen.

Files must be the unchanged CSV exports from Bing, at most 1 MB and 10,000 rows each. Excel files are not supported.

### What replaces what

Each upload is stored with its date range. An upload whose range ends on the same day as an earlier one replaces it; any other upload is added as a new snapshot. SEOAI keeps the last 13 uploads per brand and always shows the newest one. The list below the form shows the newest upload of each brand with its number of grounding queries, cited pages and date range.

Remove Copilot data deletes every uploaded export of the brand. Disconnecting a Bing account does not touch your uploads.

## Syncing

Each mapped property or site syncs once a week, Google and Bing alike. The table shows the window of the last sync, the number of queries and the date of the next automatic sync. Sync now starts a sync right away; after a sync, the next manual one is possible six hours later. When a sync fails, the table names the error.

## Removing a property or site

Remove takes the property or site off a brand. Its synced queries are deleted right away, while the account stays connected for your other brands.
